The library updated

I'm still reading The poisonwood bible. Have Toast waiting for me. Finished Thin is the New Happy. The last book was actually good. It's not a self help, it's not a diet book and it most definitely is not some skinny chick explaining what her amazing difficulty with being thin is. The story is of a girl forced to diet at 11 and then dieted for approval for the next 30 years. It's her story of why and what set her off. the diets she went on, the craziness she didn't notice of her issue. It truly made me laugh and cry(cringe) as well as made me think. I need to lose some weight but not because I have a set event or number in mind. I just need to lose some to be in a healthier range. The one thing that stood out in my mind was to just buy clothes that fit NOT a specific number or size just the ones that fit right. HUGE DEAL. This means the five bins of clothing in the attic that have been sitting there since we moved need to go out to charity. Didn't think a book would push me to that but it is the reality.

How do you do it all?

I loved The Poisonwood Bible... one of my absolutely favorite books of all time. I read everything Kingsolver wrote after reading it.
