Thinking out loud...

I've never entered a cooking contest. Tomorrow I'm representing my team in the Chili Cookoff. The chili will be complemented with a spicy cranberry serrano sorbet. I'm hoping to at least have people not die from food poisoning and have people like it. Should be an interesting day.
