Monday Food Track

So it's Monday a great day to start the food tracking. You'll see the post for the previous day the following morning. Breakfast: Plain Bagel-average size (think Lender Bagel size) Origin:Local-Los Angeles Bakery picked up by catering van locally Designation: Traditionally farmed (no clue where actual ingredients came from) Preparation: I toasted it in the office Health Rating: Moderately good Cream Cheese-about 1oz Origin: Philadelphia Designation: Processed Preparation: It was on the bagel when I bought it, came from a big slab. (made the catering van guy show me!)
