Fresh Salsa-Completely local

Our first salsa of the season was last night. I used home grown tomatoes, home grown jalepenos and homegrown super chilis. I also used locally grown cilantro and California grown red onion. Limes were local too! Jalenpenos were nice and spicy. The tomatoes were of perfect flavor. Super Chilis were tasted by Dave and Wyatt. Wyatt had a mini reaction to the capsium in the chili but recovered nicely. (hiccups, red face, and coughing). Yippee for summer
