Wylie and Carliegh--3 months apart in age, 3000 miles apart for the first 4 years of their lives, and 3 seconds apart in their memories and their play. It takes 3 seconds for Carliegh to convince Wylie that whatever she is doing is the right and cool thing to do. It takes 3 seconds for Wylie to convince Carliegh that even if it's a food that looks weird it might be worth a taste. Holding hands, knowing looks, running wild, and of course loud and vocal statements of utter hatred for each other followed by immediate tears over having to leave each other are all part of their lives.

I am amazed at how they just pick up where they left off. My son is blessed with some amazing friends in his life and I am blessed with some amazing friends as well.
