Don't Zig when you should Zag...

I have a torn hip flexor muscle.
The diagnosis was I must have zigged when I should have zagged while playing with Wylie or while stepping off the train. Both are real possibilities.

Symptoms:
Pain while sitting on right side
Pain while sleeping on right side
Pain while getting up
Can't cross legs
Walk with a bit of a weird waddle.
Think it doesn't hurt and then WHAM it does.
UGH

Treatment:
Rest
Naprosyn
Physical Therapy for 6 weeks (2 times a week)

Worst Part:
Side effects from Naprosyn: These include increased bleeding so paper cuts take ten minutes to stop bleeding, Upper GI ditress meaning everything feels like heart burn and a bit stressy, Slight interaction with Topomax so I get a dizzy effect for the first three hours the drug is kicking in, and Lower GI distress which means well Lower GI distress.

Most Amusing Part:
My CRNP Beth Intermill knows me well enough to totally ask me three times if I'm sure I didn't fall down randomly on my right side.
