I can't believe I have to admit this but I am the victim of Overzealous Flossing!
I am very adamant about flossing and brushing with Wylie because he's allergic to all types of anesthesia so I don't want him to ever need to have a cavity filled. We brush and floss his teeth almost religiously.
As a result so do I.
Unfortunately so do I.
On Monday I was flossing and the floss got stuck. So I yanked. HARD. The floss broke. So did a filling.
Tuesday tooth hurt quite bad but I would have said it was one closer to my front teeth.
Wednesday hurt worse.
Thursday I went to the dentist fearful that I had the need for a root canal or something worse.
Overzealous Flossing requiring a filling to be replaced!
So by flossing I created an issue. But it got me into the dentist I now have a cleaning appointment.
