The Rainbow classes from TANS had a field trip to the California Science center on St. Patrick's Day. It was a fantastic adventure including time in a REAL LIVE LABORATORY CLASSROOM! The kids made a neat chemical compound and learned about the different labels, tests and ways you can be a scientist.
Everyone had a great time and I have to save EVERYONE learned something!

The Chemical Compound
"Well, after some stirring, it's slimey, cold, and gooey. It doesn't smell though"
We then put a lid on it to keep it from spilling and escaping.
Super light sensitive goo being exposed and tested...
"It Glows!!!!"
