California Science Center

The Rainbow classes from TANS had a field trip to the California Science center on St. Patrick's Day. It was a fantastic adventure including time in a REAL LIVE LABORATORY CLASSROOM! The kids made a neat chemical compound and learned about the different labels, tests and ways you can be a scientist. Everyone had a great time and I have to save EVERYONE learned something!
Welcome to my lab.
Learning and Making the Scientists Oath: Do not feed or give this to anyone.
"So, what do you think of this compound? We measured and poured and stirred."
The Chemical Compound "Well, after some stirring, it's slimey, cold, and gooey. It doesn't smell though"
We then put a lid on it to keep it from spilling and escaping.
Super light sensitive goo being exposed and tested...
"It Glows!!!!"
