The Christening

Wylie was christened today at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Littlestown, PA. Father James Sterner baptized Wylie keeping the tradition of baptizing all the Poist children. It was nice because Father Jim remembered Wylie's great-grandparents Catherine and Albert Poist, brought up the importance of Wylie's birth on St. Nicholas day, and the most important part of all...Family. We all had a lovely dinner at Johannsen's after the christening. We had our own room to celebrate in, yummy food, and most importantly of all friends and family to share the afternoon. It poured rain all day but it didn't dampen anyone's spirits. Kate Erin Marker is the godmother. Monty Scott Poist is the godfather. What a great way to begin the holiday season.
