The best christmas present I could have asked for!
It was indeed a Merry Christmas at the Poist residence. It was our first without family and our first here in California.
We enjoyed a quiet day in which Holliday and Wylie ended up taking long naps after the unwrapping of presents. Wyatt prepared a wonderful christmas dinner that could have served his entire class at USC as well as all the neighbors. We ate tons of yummy ham, potato casserole and pie!We were able to take a decent walk after dinner to look at all the christmas lights in the neighborhood. Many more of our neighbors here decorate for the holiday than back East.
We hope all had a wonderful holiday and wish peace to all for the new year!
