What would you do with an empty lot?

I would love to hear what YOU would do with an empty lot? We have one at the end of our street. It currently has the original Fatburger stand on the lot. I think if something went in there it would help the neighborhood recover. I don't think it should be a GAP or something equally commercial nor should it be another food joint. What should it be? I'm thinking a non-profit legal or medical aid center. NOT a HEALTH CENTER but somewhere folks who need assistance figuring out the aid packages available to them can go. What would you put there? I'm thinking the fun thing would be this really groovy balloon and bakery shop! It would be open from 6:30am to noon and then again from 3:00pm to Midnight. Specifically for moms who didn't teach their children to raise their hands and say "I'll bring the cups for the class party." It's for us moms who think we have time to do the cookies and the balloons but realize at the last minute when everything is closed! Just my idea. Copywrited by the way to Elizabeth Poist.
